About the role This 6-month casual opportunity will see you join a fast-paced facilities team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Based on-site in Docklands, you'll support the delivery of hard services, with a strong focus on Mechanical & Electrical performance, compliance, and contractor coordination. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing financial processes, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and KPIs. Key responsibilities include: Supporting financial processes, including accruals, forecasting, and budget tracking Overseeing hard services delivery across Mechanical & Electrical systems Implementing and maintaining health & safety processes across site Managing workplace tickets and ensuring timely resolution to meet KPIs Raising work orders and purchase orders via internal systems and coordinating vendors About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: Experience in facilities management, with exposure to hard services (M&E preferred) Strong understanding of contractor management and site operations Financial acumen across budgeting, accruals, and reporting Experience using FM systems/helpdesk platforms to manage work orders and tickets What's in it for you?
