The opportunity You'll join one of our desks and take ownership of a defined client patch. You'll be supported by established candidate pools, dedicated Candidate Services and Compliance teams, and a modern tech stack (Bullhorn for Salesforce) that removes admin so you can focus on billing and relationships. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or bringing transferable sales or account management skills, we'll give you the training, mentoring and warm market to grow fast. What you'll do Own and grow a client book: build trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients, and become their go-to for contingent labour Build and manage a reliable candidate pipeline to meet current and future demand Develop a deep understanding of your candidates: their skills, availability, preferences, and career goals to match the right person to the right shift Stay ahead of the market: track workforce trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity, and adapt your sourcing strategy accordingly Keep candidate and client records accurate and up to date within our recruitment and CRM systems and work closely with our Candidate Services and Compliance teams Who you are A confident communicator: equally comfortable on the phone, on video and face-to-face with clients and candidates Commercially minded, outcomes-driven and self-motivated: you thrive when your earnings are tied to your effort Highly organised: able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing the detail Tech-confident: you pick up CRMs and workflow tools quickly (Salesforce experience is a bonus, not a must) Prior recruitment, sales, account management or healthcare/aged care experience is advantageous but not essential - attitude and drive matter more What you get Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance from day one Flexible working with an early Friday finish, because weekends start on Friday 20 days annual leave plus a leave purchase option, your birthday off, and 2 wellbeing days per year Enhanced parental leave and genuine support through life's big moments ClassPass membership with 28 complimentary credits per month Ongoing training and career pathways across two established specialist brands, backed by a global group A fun, social and supportive team based in our Sydney CBD office Ready to apply?
