Our group specialises in connecting high-calibre risk and compliance professionals with leading organisations across Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Fintech - ranging from global brands to emerging SMEs. Your purpose As a Consultant, you’ll actively shape careers and create genuine impact for professionals and organisations. In partnership with your team, you will guide clients and candidates through the hiring process end-to-end, operating as a trusted advisor. You will contribute by: Building and maintaining strong business relationships Developing an active and passive talent pipeline Analysing market trends and sharing insights with customers Acquiring candidates via networking, social media, referrals and key platforms Conducting pre-screening, technical and cultural assessments, and reference checks Managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients Who you are You’re driven, curious and committed to delivering high-quality work.
