As a Property Accountant, supporting one of our key sectors (Office, Retail, and Industrial & Logistics), you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, accurate reporting, and strong collaboration with the property management team to support operational decision-making. This role is well suited to someone with experience in audit or large corporate environments. What you’ll be doing: Right from the start, you'll do great work with us. In this role, you’ll: Deliver accurate accounting results and management reporting for assigned properties and marketing funds Complete balance sheet reconciliations Calculate annual outgoings estimates and adjustments, liaising with major tenants and resolving queries Prepare information for audits (outgoings, statutory, trust) Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and related reporting Provide variance analysis commentary for monthly and quarterly reports Identify and implement improvements in month-end reporting processes Support property capital transactions, including due diligence, settlement adjustments, and ERP onboarding/offboarding Partner closely with the property management team to deliver finance-related guidance Ensure compliance with legislation and real estate licensing requirements Your point of difference – What you’ll bring to the team: CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards Experience in audit or large corporate environments (highly regarded) High system proficiency - exposure to various systems and large datasets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive process improvements Alignment to our values: Active partnership, genuine insight, inventive spirit, powered by drive Benefits that matter Together, our efforts shape the success of our customers and communities for years to come.
