Our client is a medium sized, multidisciplinary studio that works across a diverse range of projects, including transport and infrastructure, precinct master planning, hotels and entertainment, multi-residential and public spaces. With several rail and infrastructure projects underway, they require a highly experienced Revit Technician with extensive construction documentation and consultant liaison in their background. Ideally you will have 8 plus years’ experience with red hot Revit skills, strong construction knowledge and the capacity to work through a range of complex components. Your ability to assist the team in getting the project off and running is key, as is your comprehensive background on larger scale projects. The successful candidate will possess: Minimum 8 years of post-graduate, local experience ARBV Registered Involvement on larger scale transport projects $50M and above Experience in preparing detailed design and construction documentation Exceptional proficiency on Revit Strong communication and organisation skills You'll be working closely with Senior Architects through design development stages and progressing into construction documentation. An ideal role for a talented professional who possesses excellent technical knowledge of complex building methodologies. Your consultant coordination and hands-on documentation experience on quality, large-scale projects in the commercial or industrial sectors will be most highly regarded by this studio. This role is available to start immediately and is expected to run for 2-3 months but there is a strong possibility the role could continue longer term for the right person.
