We’re looking for a commercially accountable Head of Sales to lead multi-country performance across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, and shape the next phase of our sales approach. This role will play a key part in evolving how we engage with customers, toward more strategic, solution-led partnerships aligned to broader capability outcomes. You’ll set direction, lift capability and bring discipline to forecasting, pipeline management and execution across an established enterprise portfolio. The team is predominantly enterprise Account Managers with growth targets across existing accounts. The opportunity is to strengthen how we grow these relationships, increasing share-of-wallet, deepening solution penetration and improving revenue predictability. While new business remains important, the primary focus is expanding and elevating engagement within existing clients. You’ll own end-to-end performance across ANZ & PH, leading Sales Managers and Account Managers while continuing to strengthen structure, capability and commercial maturity across the function. What You’ll Do As a senior leader, you’ll own sales performance end-to-end, with a primary focus on Australia while overseeing New Zealand and the Philippines, staying close to customers, deals and your team. You’ll set and execute the sales strategy across ICT certification, end-user applications and digital/self-paced solutions, bringing greater structure and discipline to pipeline management and forecasting. A core part of the role is strengthening how the team sells and supporting Account Managers to engage more proactively and lead broader, solution-based conversations aligned to evolving customer needs. Success will be measured by stronger enterprise penetration, improved forecasting confidence and consistent, sustainable revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and senior leadership to bring solutions to market and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients and key vendor partners.
