The Position: The Business Development Manager will focus on selling cyber security services, with an emphasis on penetration testing. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will drive lead generation, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage client relationships to maintain long-term partnerships. Generate new business opportunities and leads within the cybersecurity services sector. Promote penetration testing and other cybersecurity consulting services to prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and fulfilling client needs. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, presenting services and addressing inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions and achieve business growth. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the technology or cyber security sector. Experience with enterprise-grade solutions and cutting-edge cybersecurity services. Prior experience selling penetration testing or other cybersecurity consulting services is highly desirable. Strong track record in lead generation and closing deals. Expertise in customer service and client relationship management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
