In This Role You Will: Advise on life insurance products, policy documents and key agreements to enable compliant, commercially sound business outcomes. Guide marketing and disclosure materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with legal and regulatory obligations. Interpret complex financial services legislation to support informed, risk‑aware decisions across the business. Identify emerging regulatory developments to proactively position TAL for compliance and strategic advantage. Oversee breach reporting and remediation advice to maintain transparency, integrity and constructive regulator engagement.
