About the Role Influence and contribute positively to our safety culture by building strong relationships across our workforce and supply chain / trades Develop and implement WHS policies, procedures and systems tailored to our needs and regulatory requirements Contribute to the implementation and delivery of strategic projects in line with the Group’s strategy, objectives and initiatives including regular reporting and measurement of safety performance Conduct routine site inspections and audits across multiple sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance - actively working with project teams to drive HSEQ performance and culture. Develop and deliver training and development frameworks for employees, contractors and trade partners to drive safety competency and awareness Lead incident investigations and support continuous improvement in safety practices Work closely with senior leadership to provide expert advice, tackle complex problems and ensure we meet our obligations under health and safety legislation. What We Are Looking For Deep knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management frameworks A track record of creating safety policies and procedures, and delivering training that sticks Strong communication skills - you connect easily with all stakeholders Resilient under pressure, you lead by example and build safety culture through trust and collaboration Experience in safety systems and compliance e.g. ISO certification Formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety (Degree, Cert IV or Diploma) and previous experience in a health and safety role Our projects are diverse, and we are passionate about delivering quality and innovation across all aspects of our operations.
