Maintenance Fitter Apprenticeship Job ID 6953 Type Full time Location Lytton, QLD Positions 1 Apply Maintenance Fitter Apprenticeship The Opportunity We are currently seeking a candidate who has a genuine passion for becoming a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter and is looking for an opportunity to start an apprenticeship. We are happy to consider school leavers who have either done some relevant work experience through school or have completed a Certificate II in Engineering, as well as candidates who have some relevant trade assistant experience. Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter and you will earn your MEM40119 Certificate IV in Engineering . This role is based in Lytton in Brisbane. Job Details Our client Wood Australia is an international engineering company with a focus in the oil and gas sector. You will be involved in hands-on activities, developing your skills relating to operating and machining equipment. You will start off developing your skills and knowledge in the workshop before progressing onto assisting in the process plant itself and undertaking maintenance, repair and service work.
