Role In your role as the workshop manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team of diesel fitters, trade assistants, & tyre fitters. You will be in charge of organising and delegating all works to the team across both scheduled works and breakdowns/emergency service. Works will be carried out across mainly on CAT, Cummins, and Detroit engines as well as a variety of gearboxes, drivelines and truck bodies & trailers. Requirements The successful candidate will ideally have: Australian trade qualifications as a heavy diesel mechanic/fitter 2 years workshop manager/supervisor experience Open car license Previous experience with Cat, Cummins or Detroit motors Those with additional experience with EWPs/mobile plant equipment will be highly desirable Rewards In return you will get to work for an established and respected company in a permanent full-time role on a day shift with a company car supplied as well.
