About the Role We’re seeking a capable and motivated Experienced Geotechnical Engineer who brings both technical depth and project management capability to join our team in QLD:- role can be based in Brisbane/Cairns/Townsville/Sunshine Coast/Gold Coast As an Experienced Engineer – Geotechnics, you will be responsible for planning, analysing, and delivering geotechnical engineering solutions on projects of moderate complexity. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, project efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver geotechnical analysis, design, and site investigation tasks in line with relevant standards and client requirements Plan and conduct engineering projects of reasonable complexity Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, coordination, and timely delivery Prepare technical reports, specifications, and proposals for small to medium-sized projects Manage project scope, risks, and priorities across multiple assignments Contribute to the commercial success of projects and team performance Apply sound project management principles to achieve deliverables on time and to standard Support and provide guidance to junior engineers where required Build and maintain strong client relationships About You Suitable applicants will be/have: Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil or Geotechnical preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in geotechnical design and site investigations Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and geotechnical practices Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Experience preparing technical documentation and reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage expectations Proficiency in relevant engineering software and general computer applications What You’ll Bring Ability to work independently on key technical tasks A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach Strong organisational and time management skills Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge Capability to communicate complex technical information clearly Why Join Us?
