We are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing Disability Services team on a full-time basis. About the Role You'll work alongside NDIS participants to build their capacity, strengthen their independence, and support them to navigate and maximise their NDIS plans; providing coordination across informal, community and funded supports, ensuring participants achieve their individual goals while maintaining choice and control. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is client‑centred, organised, and outcomes‑focused. What You’ll Bring Experience in NDIS Support Coordination , disability services, or a related human services role Strong understanding of the NDIS framework , supports and service pathways Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise tasks and work autonomously High level of professionalism, integrity and empathy Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or similar (desirable) Current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) What to do now If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
