Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital Currently undergoing stage three of a major four-stage redevelopment, the hospital is strengthening its legacy as a world-class private hospital, providing quality, patient centric care to the community in a contemporary environment designed to support healing new life, clinical excellence, and innovation. As Project Support Officer you will provide support to the redevelopment team to effectively define and manage delivery of project stakeholder engagement outcomes and artefacts. This role will support the redevelopment project management team with the planning, management, delivery of outcomes and reporting to meet agreed timeframes, quality standards and allocated budgets. The position is offered on a fixed term, full-time basis through to March 2029. The Position: Provide coordination support across planning, execution, and control of redevelopment workstreams. Prepare and maintain project and operational documentation, reporting, and meeting support. Ensure consistent use of project methodologies, processes, templates, and governance requirements. Maintain project registers, libraries, and approvals, including risks, issues, actions, decisions, and deliverables. Support risk and issue analysis, timely action closure, and continuous improvement of project processes and reporting. Coordinate user groups, governance secretariat activities, and general project administration as required. The role requires demonstrated experience supporting project management activities across the full project lifecycle, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Success in this position also relies on a collaborative approach and the ability to contribute positively within a team‑oriented environment. Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential, along with the ability to produce high‑quality documentation. The role also requires the ability to work autonomously, excellent time management and organisational skills, advanced computer literacy (including the Microsoft suite), and well‑developed administrative capability to meet competing deadlines.
