Talent Acquisition Advisor | KG Talent About the opportunity KG Talent is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across a diverse and growing portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and help build a consistent, high-quality approach to talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and contributing to the evolution of our TA function. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights Source candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive search Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews in a timely manner Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support reporting Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives Support TA and HR projects, including system enhancements and process optimisation About you 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing tools Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience) Exposure to blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is advantageous What’s on offer Opportunity to help build and shape a growing Talent function Broad exposure across multiple industries and business units Collaborative, fast-paced environment with real ownership Career growth as the business continues to expand Competitive salary package
