About the role Are you a UKG (Kronos) Workday power user who thrives where precision meets people? We are looking for a Senior Time & Attendance Analyst to lead our T&A function, champion best practice, and keep our complex workforce running like clockwork. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex attendance challenges, coaching others, and continuously improving systems and processes. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in either Redfern (NSW) or Blackburn (VIC) . What you will be doing: Lead, coach and support the Time & Attendance team, acting as the go-to escalation point Oversee end-to-end rostering, timesheets, leave and attendance processing Maintain and optimise UKG (Kronos) and Workday usage by employees and Managers Drive system enhancements and compliance working the systems teams Partner with Payroll, P&C and leaders to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance Deliver training, user support and clear, practical documentation About you Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Workday HCM time and attendance functionality is desirable Experience in Workforce Planning and Payroll operations, with an understanding of how time data impacts accurate employee pay Confidence navigating industrial instruments, compliance and audits Team supervision experience Why work for us?
