The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the People & Culture Manager will oversee the entire P&C function with four direct reports. Responsibilities include: Full accountability for the P&C function, reporting to an Executive leader Lead and develop a small, relatively junior P&C team Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO Oversee end-to-end P&C operations across the employee lifecycle Manage ER/IR matters, including investigations and performance issues Drive best practice processes, governance, and decision-making Contribute to culture, capability, and organisational initiatives Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with diverse workforce groups Opportunity to shape the function and step into a broader leadership role The Candidate You are an experienced P&C generalist with strong ER/IR capability and a track record of operating at a senior level, either currently or stepping into a broader leadership role. You bring confidence in managing complex employee matters and investigations end-to-end, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders, including at executive level. Comfortable in fast-paced, operational environments, you take a hands-on, solutions-focused approach and are adaptable in managing competing priorities. You are passionate about developing others and uplifting team capability, with a commercial mindset, sound judgement, and a genuine drive to make a meaningful impact.
