This role suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a team environment. Key responsibilities include: Weekly payroll processing (approx. 160 employees) Following up timesheets and coordinating payroll files for review Month‑end processes, reconciliations and variance investigation Bank account reconciliations Journals and inter‑entity cost recoveries BAS support and balance sheet integrity Providing guidance to AP/AR teams on allocations and queries. About you: Experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role Comfortable with payroll, reconciliations and month‑end processes Exposure to MYOB (or similar systems) Confident working across multiple entities A proactive self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
