We're on the lookout for a new Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Glen Iris. About the Role This isn't your average customer service job. As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be in the administrative engine room, ensuring every family and school community we work with feels valued and supported. Your day-to-day will be a mix of: Inbound and occasional outbound phone support, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach. Handling everything from bookings and account administration to billing inquiries. Supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad-hoc duties. We have a variety of casual and permanent opportunities available, with flexible shifts between 6:30am and 9:00pm (AEDT), so you can find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The role is Monday to Friday, located at our Head Office, which is conveniently close to Tooronga Train Station and offers free parking. About You Do you have a knack for listening and a passion for helping people? We want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who is: An exceptional communicator with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. A confident user of computers and various software systems. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team. While prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage, we value your attitude and skills above all else.
