About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Senior Supporter Lifecycle Specialist to shape how our supporters engage with us. In this role, you’ll lead the development of lifecycle and engagement strategies that drive growth, strengthen loyalty, and maximise long-term donor value. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will translate insights into clear, actionable strategies that support both new and ongoing fundraising programs. You’ll define the end-to-end supporter experience, ensuring each touchpoint is purposeful, well-timed, and aligned to both supporter needs and organisational objectives.
