The Role Own inventory accuracy across a high-volume warehouse operation, including cycle counts, stocktakes, and KPI performance Lead and develop a small team, driving a high-performance, detail-focused culture Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Optimise product slotting, warehouse layout, and inventory processes to improve efficiency Partner cross-functionally and support WMS improvements, reporting, and ongoing automation initiatives Your Background Proven inventory management experience within a warehouse or similar environment Strong experience managing high SKU volumes in a complex or multi-site operation Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams Strong systems capability (WMS) and advanced Excel skills; automation/RF experience preferred Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset What’s on Offer Join a growing and evolving business where inventory plays a critical role in operational success.
