Job Description YOUR ROLE As the Senior Leadership Development Lead, you will drive the design and delivery of strategic learning and leadership initiatives across MACS, supporting the development of teachers, staff and leaders system-wide. Working within the Learning and Leadership Development team, you will lead the scoping, planning, implementation and evaluation of programs aligned with MACS2030, while providing expert advice in educational leadership. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, apply strong project management capability, and deliver high-quality professional learning, demonstrating agility, initiative and the ability to navigate change and complexity. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the conceptualisation, design, facilitation and implementation of projects and programs aligned to Learning and Leadership Development strategic initiatives Deliver professional learning and leadership development programs, including designing high-quality materials and standard-referenced assessment protocols for multimodal learning (online and face-to-face) Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of initiatives through effective scoping, planning, evaluation, and use of evidence and contemporary research Build and manage stakeholder relationships, aligning program content with relevant Professional Standards and MACS strategic documents, and responding to needs and feedback Manage procurement, contract deliverables and administrative requirements, including events, communications, reporting and collaboration with team members to achieve shared goals ABOUT YOU Ability to interpret and implement requirements in the design and development of strategic initiatives, supported by significant experience in creating and implementing effective education programs aligned to learning objectives, tasks and assessment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise, negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Strong project and program management experience, including experience in Catholic schools and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment Highly organised and detail oriented, with the ability to work within established timelines and a commitment to continuous improvement and creative problem solving Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, provide support and guidance, and bring experience of leadership and/or working with leaders in Catholic schools HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
