About the role This is a hands on HR Advisor role supporting leaders across a broad generalist remit in an operational environment. You will partner closely with managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to support frontline and corporate teams. Key responsibilities include Providing end to end employee relations advice Supporting and guiding leaders through performance management and workplace matters Interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures and industrial instruments Managing day to day HR queries across a diverse workforce Supporting employee lifecycle activities and HR initiatives The role is based in the Sydney CBD and offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office. Due to current business needs, this role requires someone who can commence quickly and is an urgent requirement. It will initially be offered on a contract basis, with a genuine pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate. About you You are a confident HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the business and supporting leaders in a fast paced, operational environment.
