Your Project You will be delivering a $55m waterfront apartment development located in Northern Gold Coast, forming part of a larger masterplanned residential precinct. This is a multi-level apartment build with basement, high-quality finishes and strong lifestyle amenity including pool, gym and landscaped communal areas. Importantly, this is not a one-off project. There is 5 years of secured pipeline across future stages at the same location, providing long-term continuity of work. Your Role Reporting into a high-performing Site Manager with a proven track record delivering apartments on the Gold Coast, you will take ownership of a defined section of works across either structures or finishes. You will be responsible for: Coordinating and managing subcontractors on site Driving programme and short-term lookaheads Maintaining safety, quality and site standards Holding trades accountable to productivity and sequencing Working closely with the Site Manager and project team to deliver key milestones This is a Foreman role to provide support and fire power to an already high performing team. Your Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Foreman on apartment or multi-residential projects Strong understanding of either structures or finishes delivery Ability to manage subcontractors and drive site performance Sound knowledge of programme, sequencing and buildability A leadership style that builds relationships and gets the best out of your trade partners on site.
