IEPro are working with a respected project advisory consultancy to recruit experienced Client-Side Project Manager / Superintendent's Representative to support delivery of infrastructure projects across Regional and South East Queensland. With an office on the Gold Coast, this opportunity sits within a project management advisory environment partnering with government, councils, developers, and private sector clients to oversee projects from planning through to completion. These roles suit professionals who enjoy managing stakeholders, protecting client interests, and driving successful project outcomes through strong governance and delivery oversight. The Opportunity As a Client-Side Project Manager / Superintendent's Representative, you will take ownership of project coordination, contract administration, and delivery performance across civil and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The Role In this role, you will: Manage projects from planning through to delivery and handover Act as Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative where required Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholder interfaces Monitor programme, cost, quality, and risk outcomes Administer contracts, notices, claims, and variations Lead project meetings and provide progress reporting to clients Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation standards are maintained Support successful project outcomes through proactive leadership About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience in client-side project management or Superintendent roles Background in civil infrastructure, transport, utilities, or development projects Strong contract administration and stakeholder management capability Experience managing contractors and consultants through delivery phases Strong commercial awareness and reporting capability Clear communication and leadership skills A structured and solutions-focused approach to project delivery The Benefits A Gold Coast based office Projects in SEQ or regional A salary package up to $165k super uplift (project dependent) LAFHA Exposure to diverse infrastructure and development projects Professional consultancy environment with strong leadership Long-term career progression opportunities Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
