The Opportunity Strategic opportunity for a motivated Junior Project Manager or a Site Supervisor to transition into a professional client-side development role. Move away from site-based supervision to manage the end-to-end delivery of a diverse commercial and industrial portfolio for a sophisticated national developer. The Role Working directly for a well-capitalized property group, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle. This is a hands-on position where you will move beyond coordination to influence project strategy, design, and commercial outcomes. You will receive structured mentorship from a high-calibre team of Directors and senior managers, providing a clear pathway into property development and funds management. About You You are a technically capable professional with a solid foundation in the construction industry and a strong interest in the commercial drivers of property. You are now seeking to broaden your financial exposure and take ownership of projects from the perspective of a developer. Technical & Professional Requirements Industry Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience within commercial construction, project management, or site supervision. Financial Literacy: A work background or study background in finance or commerce is highly regarded Contract Administration: Proven ability to manage variations, RFIs, and progress claims with a high degree of accuracy. Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to present professionally to Directors, external consultants, and investors. Education: A degree in Construction, Property, Engineering, or a Finance-related field is preferred. Key Accountabilities Full Lifecycle Delivery: Manage projects across all development phases, including site due diligence, council pre-lodgement, design procurement, and final handover. Stakeholder Leadership: Appoint and lead teams of external consultants and contractors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure design and quality standards are maintained. Commercial Management: Responsible for project budgets, cash flow forecasting, and the maintenance of project risk registers to ensure high-quality financial outcomes.
