We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a compact, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 80 commercial properties . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers quality over volume, with minimal legacy issues and strong operational support. The portfolio is well-structured and easy to manage, and you will also have access to an Assistant Property Manager , providing day-to-day support and helping you focus on tenant relationships, compliance, and asset performance. About the Role You will take ownership of a stable commercial portfolio, ensuring high standards of property management, tenant satisfaction, and landlord communication. The role is well-suited to someone who is confident working autonomously while still benefiting from a supportive team structure. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approx. 80 commercial properties Oversee leases, rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliations Manage tenant and landlord relationships with a service-focused approach Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance, and compliance requirements Ensure accurate portfolio management and record keeping Work closely with an Assistant PM for administrative and operational support About You Experience in commercial property management (portfolio management essential) Strong knowledge of lease administration and compliance requirements Confident using property management systems Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) Parking provided Fuel allowance Manage a clean, well-structured portfolio with minimal historical issues Support from an Assistant Property Manager Streamlined systems and processes in place This is an ideal opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager looking for a stable portfolio, strong operational backing, and a well-organised environment.
