About the role: We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join a specialist occupational rehabilitation provider across Brisbane and Toowoomba, QLD. This is a senior-level role focused on complex mental health support, working with managers to provide support, leadership coaching and critical incident response. You will deliver one-to-one mental health support, complex return to work case management, workshops, team interventions and onsite mental health support programs, working collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
