We are seeking a talented Estimator to join our client’s growing team, delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney valued up to $20M. Job Responsibilities: As a Construction Estimator, you’ll play a key role in securing and delivering projects, with responsibilities including: Accurately estimating costs for materials, labour, and project resources across fit out and refurbishment projects Preparing detailed and competitive tender submissions for both D&C and negotiated projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and value engineering opportunities Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain and assess pricing Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership throughout the pre-construction phase Supporting budgeting, cost planning, and pipeline forecasting About our client: Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong track record delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects up to $20M.
