We are particularly interested in leaders who have worked in: Aged Care Health / Community Services Disability / NFP Care Service Regulated sectors undergoing reform Key priorities include: Leading financial strategy aligned to the organisation’s next growth phase Driving long-term sustainability, cashflow and capital planning Delivering budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling Providing commercial insight to operational leaders across multiple business units Presenting strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board and Finance Committee Leading a significant finance systems and process transformation Strengthening controls, governance and compliance frameworks Developing and mentoring an engaged finance team This is far more than a stewardship role — it is a commercially influential leadership position with enterprise-wide impact. About You You are an experienced finance leader with a strong blend of strategic capability, operational acumen and leadership presence.
