WFH - 5 days fortnight Docklands based Stand alone position Finance Analyst | Business Partnering & Performance Melbourne - Docklands | Hybrid Working Our client is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join their high-performing Business Performance & Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, delivering insights, and driving continuous improvement across finance functions. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support. The Role Reporting to a Senior Manager within the finance function, you will play a key role in both BAU and project-based work, including: Delivering timely and accurate month-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis Providing meaningful variance analysis and insights to support decision-making Supporting business partners across budgeting and forecasting processes Leading and contributing to process improvement initiatives Performing financial modelling and analysing large datasets Supporting ad hoc projects and broader finance team functions You will also act as a trusted partner to the business, helping to translate financial data into actionable insights. About You To be successful, you will bring: Strong experience in financial and/or management accounting Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets Financial modelling capability Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools will be highly regarded, including exposure to ERP systems Why Apply?
