The role Key Responsibilities Run the day‑to‑day of a premium multi‑building portfolio, keeping assets sharp, efficient and client‑ready. Own the numbers — oversee accounting and admin for complementary assets with accuracy and confidence. Drive leasing momentum, managing renewals and commercial actions quickly and professionally. Stay on top of financial cycles, reviewing charges, rent rolls and monthly deliverables with precision. Be the on‑site heartbeat, engaging daily with concierge, ops teams and tenants to keep everything moving.
