As a PM you will lead two high spec projects with the assistance of two existing company CA’s (Senior and Junior) and experienced SM on each project. Projects include high spec lab/building services upgrade project for repeat private client and upcoming institutional build. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning & Programming Budget Management Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation Team Leadership Contract Management Risk Management Contractor Communications Site Team Management Progress Reporting Client Relations EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects – experience in any of the following fields would be beneficial: D&C project methodology, labs/healthcare and/or live environment works. Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills WHAT'S ON OFFER A salary package in the $190k - $230k range available, dependent upon experience, with all tools of trade for a PM supplied Down to earth and friendly environment – there is simply no politics or egos in this company Ongoing career development opportunities – the growth plans for this company are impressive.
