Branch Manager, Western Suburbs of Melbourne CBD Your new company and role Join an Australian-owned growing company in the heavy equipment industry as a Branch Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has a boilermaker qualification and who understands the heavy equipment sector, thrives on accountability, and knows how to build strong teams and customer relationships. As a Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of one of their Melbourne branches and will oversee operations, workshop, service and yard activities while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement. Lead and manage all branch operations, including workshop, service, parts and yard activities Drive revenue growth and meet branch performance targets Build a high-performing, motivated team recruitment, training and development of workshop staff Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency Monitor budgets, margins, and KPIs, reporting to the General Manager Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure full compliance with safe work practices About you To be considered for this position, you will have at least 5' years' experience in a managerial position and will possess strong leadership skills with the strong ability to motivate and develop a team.
