The Opportunity A highly respected company with a track record in delivering multistorey apartments, offices and mixed use developments $30m apartment project upcoming in the inner north, 7 storeys, double basement, good access May start for preplanning and early works Your Responsibilities Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site Experience/Qualifications: A stable track record in supervision of medium rise commercial or apartment projects Certificate III or IV in OHS An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar Tower crane experience a must An ability to lead a site team consisting of Foremen, OHS/Labourer and other site based personnel A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
