About the role Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities across commercial and enterprise sectors Building and managing a robust pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close. Collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements. Developing account growth strategies and executing business plans to achieve monthly and annual targets Representing the company at industry events and customer engagements. Providing accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Attributes and skills required A proven track record of selling electronic security solutions in the Australian market. Deep understanding of the commercial security industry - including market dynamics, buying cycles, and decision-makers. Existing industry contacts and relationships, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly. Familiarity with high-end security platforms such as Genetec, Avigilon, Integriti, and Axis. Confident in solution selling and capable of working with engineers and stakeholders to deliver tailored outcomes. Resilient, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results - someone who enjoys the thrill of the chase. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a national team.
