Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Supervisory Experience - Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment Problem-Solving Mindset - Quick thinking and effective decision-making Resilience & Adaptability - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) - Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate What You'll Do: Customer Coordination - Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations. Driver Debriefing - Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs. Freight Bookings & Scheduling - Manage delivery slots and customer requests. Operations Support - Liaise with depot staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Admin & Reporting - Assist the Admin and Depot Manager with daily tasks.
