About the Role This is not your typical EA position! Newly created, this role sits at the centre of a fast-moving, global business, supporting two outstanding senior leaders across APAC and EMEA. You'll act as a true right-hand partner, ensuring leaders can operate at their best through seamless coordination, proactive planning, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones Act as key liaison with senior stakeholders across APAC & EMEA Coordinate meetings, leadership offsites, and planning sessions Prepare executive communications, reports, and presentations Screen and manage incoming requests and correspondence Organise detailed international travel and logistics Prepare agendas, board packs, minutes, and track action items Support reporting (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) Manage expenses, invoices, and basic budget tracking Coordinate projects, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives Support events, team activities, and leadership priorities Maintain efficient admin processes and ensure compliance About You You will ideally posses the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role Experience supporting senior leaders Exposure to global teams and multiple time zones highly regarded Highly organised with exceptional time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) High level of discretion and professionalism Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-focused Confident working in a fast-paced, global environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders The Offer An attractive remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, plus Superannuation.
