A core focus is mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level iOS developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing. The role establishes and enforces coding standards, best practices, and development processes, while actively participating in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency and delivery outcomes. Working closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams, the role translates product requirements into effective technical solutions. It stays current with iOS technologies and industry trends, troubleshoots complex issues, and provides clear, pragmatic solutions that balance technical excellence with commercial and user needs.
