We are working in partnership with a reputable Western Australian commercial builder expanding their site leadership team due to a progressing pipeline of projects. With several large-scale builds underway, we are seeking a confident Site Manager to run complex sites, supported by experienced project teams and clear processes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project programs and oversee delivery from establishment through to completion. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants. Manage and maintain high standards across WHS, quality, and site compliance. Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Lead an accountable site team while managing sequencing and critical paths. What You'll Bring: 4 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, multi-residential, high-rise, or health. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Solid knowledge of WHS systems, QA requirements, and site coordination. Confidence managing large subcontractor packages and busy work fronts.
