Manage high-volume procurement, subcontractor packages, and detailed claims. Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring strict cost control on $30m builds. Process variations, RFIs, and progress claims in accordance with government standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to mitigate risk and drive financial performance. What You'll Bring: Extensive experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Australian commercial sector. Proven track record delivering projects in the $30m - $50m range. Strong understanding of government contract requirements and compliance. Sharp negotiation skills and a high level of commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who prefers the technical complexity and structured delivery of government projects over residential or apartment builds.
