Utilise Hammertech software to manage site inductions, permits, and inspections. Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to ensure national compliance. Lead incident investigations and coordinate effective return-to-work programmes. Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings to maintain a proactive safety culture. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as an HSE Advisor within the commercial or civil construction sectors. Proficiency in using Hammertech or similar digital safety management platforms. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher). Strong understanding of current WA WHS legislation and national safety standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence subcontractors and site staff. This role is tailored for a tech-savvy safety professional who thrives in a fast-paced project environment.
