We Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast We Care for the environment, our customers and each other We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions About the role Location: Vinidex Fabrication, Toowoomba QLD Monday to Friday/ 7:00am to 3:00pm We are seeking a Goods Inwards Officer to join our supportive and dynamic Fabrication team, where you will play a critical role in keeping our operations flowing smoothly. This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role, where you will take ownership of all inbound goods for fabrication and production. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, checking quality and accuracy, receipting goods in our ERP Accentis, managing stock locations, investigating variances, and supporting regular stocktakes. Working closely with the Fabrication Supervisor, QA, and Procurement teams, you will ensure materials are received, stored, labelled, and issued correctly, safely, and on time. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across storage, handling, and inventory processes. Your typical day: Accurate and efficient receipting of inbound goods for fabrication Inspecting goods in line with Vinidex Quality Control standards Investigating and resolving stock variances Managing documentation and system uploads in Accentis Picking and issuing stock for production Unloading delivery vehicles using safe manual handling practices Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety About you You are a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating with a wider team. You take pride in accuracy, organisation, and accountability, and you are comfortable making inventory management your own. You will bring: A current Forklift Licence (essential) Experience in goods inwards, warehousing, or inventory control Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confidence using computer and ERP systems for receipting and stock control A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Why Join Us?
