Interesting and Challenging work Flexible working arrangements immediate start We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support procurement governance, policy development and end-to-end procurement activities within a government environment. Key responsibilities: • Support the development and maintenance of procurement frameworks, policies, procedures and templates in line with VGPB and legislative requirements • Provide procurement advice across the procurement lifecycle, particularly planning, evaluation and contract award stages • Review and quality assure procurement documentation, briefings and reports, including Secretarial and Ministerial submissions • Assist with the implementation of the Social Procurement Strategy and engage with key internal and external stakeholders • Manage procurement communications, forums and content on SharePoint and the intranet • Respond to procurement enquiries and assist with supplier complaints and disputes • Promote cultural safety and inclusive workplace practices About you • Experience in procurement governance, operations and contract management • Strong knowledge of procurement policies, processes and compliance requirements • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders • End-to-end procurement experience highly desirable For more information call Emma Grant 0438100625 0r Press Apply now to send through your application Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
