About the Role You’ll work closely with the director and sales team, supporting the complete sales process from listing through to settlement. Your day will span everything from buyer interactions and open homes to managing campaign logistics and providing executive-level assistance. You’ll be the right hand keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate listing preparation and appraisal documentation. Manage campaigns from launch through settlement, including liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and marketing teams. Handle diary management, property tours, client meetings, and transaction scheduling with precision. Prepare reports, proposals, and contracts with high attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality throughout sensitive negotiations and ensure efficient CRM and system management. Assist agents with buyer management, enquiries, and pre-settlement inspections. About You Previous experience in real estate (Executive Assistant, Sales Associate, Assistant Agent, or similar) or supporting a senior leader in a high-performance environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident and composed with both clients and internal teams. Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Driven, adaptable, and eager to learn the full spectrum of real estate operations. Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (essential). Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
