Job Summary: The Little Marionette, a leading Australian specialty coffee roaster, supplies cafés, restaurants, and businesses across Australia and provides barista training and hospitality consulting. We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support the efficient running of our business Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative systems and workflow Coordinate administrative functions including record-keeping, documentation, and office systems Manage staff rosters, leave records, and provide general HR administrative support Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to support business operations Monitor office expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate facilities management Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Handle general enquiries, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative matters What We're Looking For: - Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field Minimum 1 year relevant work experience Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career!
