Description Support the end‑to‑end solution design and technical outcomes for integrated delivery and test initiatives. Act as the primary bridge between Project Managers and technical / integration teams to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and delivery‑ready. Provide technical guidance and support functional and non-functional requirements. Provide solution engineering and architectural expertise across applications, platforms, and infrastructure. Solicit, document, and present how applications integrate with upstream and downstream systems. Create clear diagrams and visual views to communicate system integrations and solution scope to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Maintain governance, traceability, and documentation of solution decisions, assumptions, and dependencies through Jira and Confluence. Profile A successful Solutions Engineer should have: A strong background in technology and solutions engineering within banking industry. Knowledge of the banking application and integration landscape. Experience working in large‑scale, regulated enterprise environments. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, environment orchestration, and automation‑first delivery. Experience supporting infrastructure engagement and translating solution needs into infrastructure outcomes.
