Contract Administrator (12-Week Contract) – $100M New Build Project We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract to support procurement activities on a $100M new build project . This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in driving procurement outcomes on a large-scale build. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes Prepare, issue, and evaluate subcontractor packages and scopes Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions Let and administer subcontracts in line with project timelines Work closely with the project team to ensure procurement milestones are achieved Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and commercial frameworks About You: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale construction projects (~$100M) Previous experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder is essential Strong procurement and subcontract letting experience Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience working within similar-sized builders and project environments Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What’s on Offer: 12-week contract on a landmark $100M project Opportunity to work with an established and reputable builder Competitive contract rate Immediate start available If you are a driven Contract Administrator with strong procurement experience and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you.
