With involvement in iconic projects including the Sydney Opera House, major education facilities, and commercial developments, this business partners with Tier 1 consultancies and contractors to deliver complex, high-profile work. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from a construction background who are looking to transition into a consultancy environment and develop their expertise in building compliance, certification, and BCA advisory. The Role You will join the Major Projects Team, working across a diverse portfolio of projects with supporting Directors. The position will see you engaging with clients, builders, consultants, engineers, and design teams, playing a key role in ensuring compliance and supporting project delivery from a regulatory perspective on construction projects in the private and public sectors. Ideal Background Contract Administrator or Project Manager experience within a builder, consultancy, or engineering environment Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or similar) highly regarded Strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career in building surveying A good knowledge of general building and construction Junior professionals looking to transition into a more technical, advisory role are encouraged to apply Why Apply?
