Our menu features popular dishes such as momo, dal-bhaat, thalis, tandoori items, and a wide range of classic curries. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Nepali and Indian dishes Design and update menus, including traditional and modern offerings Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Manage kitchen operations, stock, and food inventory Train and supervise kitchen staff Requirements: At least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management, or any Relevant qualifications At least a year of proven experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of Nepali and Indian cuisine Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for quality food and cultural cuisine Join us and be part of delivering a unique cultural dining experience inspired by the Himalayan region.
